After the design process is complete, the QA & testing process should begin. At this stage, the QA team should plan the approach they will take to test the product. This should include what type of testing they will do, what tools they will use, and how they will document their findings.
Once the QA plan is finalized, the QA team should create test cases. This is to ensure that all areas of the product are tested effectively. Test cases should cover all user scenarios, different device types, and different browsers.
After the test cases are created, the QA team should begin executing the tests. This should include running the tests manually and/or using automation tools. The QA team should also document their findings during the test execution phase.

Once all the bugs have been fixed, the QA team should perform one last round of testing. This should include running all the test cases again and verifying that all the bugs have been fixed.
After the final testing phase, the project should be ready for user acceptance testing. This should include having real users use the product and providing feedback.
